Exhaustive testimony and evidence of election fraud was produced at a day-long hearing before GOP legislators in AZ on Monday.
But that didn’t stop AZ election officials, and GOP Gov. Doug Ducey, from certifying the state’s election results, which handed Democrat Joe Biden a narrow 10,457 lead over GOP President Donald Trump.
Like other evidence of improprieties, the hearing was largely ignored by media, which continues to declare there is no widespread election fraud.
Trump attended the hearing via telephone and claimed he won AZ, MI, GA, PA and WI. “They played games like nobody has ever seen before. This is the first time anyone has fought back. “
Trump criticized Ducey for “rushing” to certify the election so Democrat Mark Kelley could step into the role of U.S. Senator as soon as possible. “Why sign when the hearings show corruption and fraud?” Trump asked. “AZ won’t forget what Ducey has done.”
Trump Attorney Rudy Giuliani, who was present at the hearing, said Ducey failed to respond to his request to meet with him.
At the end of the hearing, Giuliani estimated witnesses had raised questions about almost 827,00 votes cast in Arizona, many cast without any review by Republicans. “We don’t even know if these people exist,” he said.
Giuliani called upon the AZ legislature to refuse to approve the certification of the vote. “Just be a man, or a woman. Not a sniveling coward,” he urged.
At the hearing, Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, who holds a Ph.D. in pattern analysis from MIT, called the pattern of voting in AZ’s Maricopa County “highly implausible.” He said computer modeling indicates that votes for Democrats were improperly weighted at 130% compared to minus-30% for Trump, effectively shifting tens of thousands of Trump votes to Biden.
In addition, Ret. Col. Phil Wandren, a cybersecurity expert, detailed what he called inherent insecurities and potential for fraud in the Dominion Voting System machines used in Maricopa County. He said the machines posed little challenge for hackers.
Last week, Dr. Navid Keshavar-Nia, one of the country’s foremost cyber security experts, signed a sworn affidavit in which he concluded “with high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states, resulting in hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to Vice President Biden.”
Around 2:30 a.m. on election night, he said, TV broadcasts reported that PA, WI, AZ, NV and GA ceased their vote counting operations. “The unanimous decision to intentionally stop counting by all 5 battleground states is highly unusual, possibly unprecedented, and demonstrates prior coordination… [It] demonstrates collusion to achieve desired results without being monitored by watchers,” he said.
Linda Brickman, chair of the Maricopa County GOP Committee, said she refused to certify Dominion voting machines at a meeting with Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs because the machines malfunctioned and had to be shut down and reset. Brickman said she witnessed more than one Trump vote being shifted to Biden. She theorized that state officials used Dominion because the officials are “bought and paid for.”
Anna Orth, a Tucson poll worker, said election officials told her to allow people to vote who did not appear to be properly registered. She estimated 2000 people with “out of state drivers licenses” used a local utility bill to show they lived in AZ.
State Rep. Kelly Townsend, R-Mesa, said she told Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, that at least 36,000 ballots may have been cast by people who are not in the U.S. legally. She said Hobbs took the position she could not investigate the matter without a complaint.
Another witness said she was the only GOP poll watcher in a room with dozens of ballot processing stations, making it impossible for her to do the job .
In conclusion, Giuliani said the voting machines were connected to the Internet, open to the world. “The whole situation with the Dominion machine is really a national security problem… China and Russia know how to take information from us from machines [that are] far more sophisticated,” he said.
Giuliani said Trump’s team cannot “prove to you the full extent” of the election theft unless the state permits a forensic audit of the machines.
