Over Hyped Threats And Biden’s Inauguration

The public was not invited to Democratic President Joe Biden’s inauguration on Wednesday in Washington, D.C., which is a rather stunning thing for a Democracy.

Instead, Biden family members, members of the U.S. Congress and U.S. Supreme Court, and aged politicians from years past watched as Biden took the oath of office as America’s 46th president.

America is in the midst of a deadly pandemic, which might be reason enough to exclude the public, but that wasn’t the reason.

The public was excluded because Democrats and their media operatives have been whipping the nation into a state of hysteria since Jan. 6 when a small group of thugs broke into the Capitol Building while Congress was meeting to certify electors.

The thugs easily overcame a couple of dozen police officers standing outside the building behind a waist high portable fence. They broke into the Capitol, and were followed by a stream of Trump supporters from Kansas and Iowa who took selfies with their cell phones.

Since then, Democrats have decried acts of “domestic terrorism” and called the rioters “White Supremacists” intent upon “insurrection” and staging a “coup.” Numerous officials have cited the need to spy on Americans and even deprogram them.

There is no counterbalancing message because social media oligarchs knocked contrarians off Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Biden referred in his inaugural address to the “riotous mob [that] thought they could use violence to silence the will of the people, to stop the work of our democracy, to drive us from this sacred ground. It did not happen. It will never happen, not today, not tomorrow, not ever. Not ever.”

But in reality, most of the supposed rioters came to Washington to attend a rally and challenge the integrity of a very troubled presidential election.

Misaligned ‘Facts’

S0 far the facts do not align neatly with the Democratic Party’s worst case scenario.

More than 25,000 National Guard members lined the empty thoroughfare of Pennsylvania Avenue, while armored tanks and concrete barriers blocked empty intersections and roadways. Nothing happened. The city was not overrun by domestic terrorists seeking to stage a coup.

Contrary to warnings by the FBI and others, there was no election-related violence in Washington, D.C., or in any state capital.

Moreover, the facts are not aligning with the Democrats claims of White Supremacy.

One of the first rioters to gain entry to the building is an African American man, Emanuel Jackson, 20, of Maryland, who surrendered to authorities over the weekend and faces charges for allegedly hitting police officers with a metal baseball bat. (See below)

An FBI affidavit states another rioter, John Sullivan, is a Black activist who claimed he was at the Capitol to observe but broke a window and roamed the hallways exhorting trespassers to “burn this shit down.” The Utah resident gave an earlier speech at a Black Lives Matter event in Washington, DC, in which he called on the crowd to pull Trump out of the White House before Election Day.

The Dems hastily impeached outgoing GOP President Donald J. Trump last week without bothering to wait for an investigation or to collect evidence. The transcript of Trump’s remarks at the rally show he called upon marchers to be peaceful and patriotic.

Clinton, Bush, Obama

If Biden is serious about trying to unify the country, the first thing he should do is stop listening to the party hacks who were so quick to demonize the 75 million Americans who voted for Trump. Voters elected Trump because he was an outsider and promised to drain the swamp. Most of his supporters are simply Americans who grew tired of the empty promises and failed policies of some of Biden’s honored guests at his inauguration – Bill Clinton, George Bush and Barack Obama.

Note: One Capitol police officer was reportedly injured by a thrown fire hydrant in the Jan. 6 riot. He died of a stroke hours hours later. Police shot a female demonstrator point blank as she attempted to enter a room through a window and another woman reportedly died from injuries after being trampled. Authorities said two male protesters died of heart related conditions.
