MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell filed a federal lawsuit Thursday in Minneapolis claiming that electronic voting machine companies are “weaponizing the litigation process” to silence political dissent over the 2020 election.
A few hours later, Lindell’s Minneapolis attorney Alec J. Beck , a respected 30-year litigator, was dumped from his white shoe law firm, Barnes & Thornburg LLP. The web site Law & Crime quoted a Barnes & Thornburg spokesperson as stating Beck failed to obtain prior authorization from the firm before filing the Lindell lawsuit.
Social media erupted with insults aimed at Lindell, who claims the 2020 election was stolen from GOP Pres. Donald J. Trump, calling him a conspiracy theorist, delusional, insane, “a loser crack head,” source of baseless information, etc.
Most of the national media ignored Lindell’s lawsuit but Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos’ anti-Trump newspaper, The Washington Post, took the opportunity to declare Lindell’s claims are not only false but ridiculous.
Exhaustive testimony and evidence of election fraud was produced at a day-long hearing before GOP legislators in AZ on Monday.
But that didn’t stop AZ election officials, and GOP Gov. Doug Ducey, from certifying the state’s election results, which handed Democrat Joe Biden a narrow 10,457 lead over GOP President Donald Trump.
Like other evidence of improprieties, the hearing was largely ignored by media, which continues to declare there is no widespread election fraud.
Trump attended the hearing via telephone and claimed he won AZ, MI, GA, PA and WI. “They played games like nobody has ever seen before. This is the first time anyone has fought back. “
Trump criticized Ducey for “rushing” to certify the election so Democrat Mark Kelley could step into the role of U.S. Senator as soon as possible. “Why sign when the hearings show corruption and fraud?” Trump asked. “AZ won’t forget what Ducey has done.”
Trump Attorney Rudy Giuliani, who was present at the hearing, said Ducey failed to respond to his request to meet with him.
At the end of the hearing, Giuliani estimated witnesses had raised questions about almost 827,00 votes cast in Arizona, many cast without any review by Republicans. “We don’t even know if these people exist,” he said.
Giuliani called upon the AZ legislature to refuse to approve the certification of the vote. “Just be a man, or a woman. Not a sniveling coward,” he urged.
The mainstream media says Democrat Joe Biden handily won the presidential election and there is no evidence of widespread fraud or irregularities.
In fact, Biden hasn’t won. The Electoral College will meet on Dec. 14 to declare a winner. The U.S. Congress must vote to certify the electoral result on January 6, 2021.
And there is evidence of widespread fraud and irregularities in swing states where crooks engaged in ballot stuffing and election officials negligently relied on voting machines and software that are notoriously unreliable.
The only real question is whether the fraud is enough to make a difference. That’s the job of the courts to decide.
