There Is More Than Enough Evidence To Warrant Investigating Election Fraud

The nation is in turmoil.

There is overwhelming evidence of widespread voter fraud in Democrat controlled swing states that may have swung the election from the rightful winner, GOP Donald Trump, to Democrat Joe Biden.

Some obvious steps would go a long way to settle doubts and suspicions and, just as importantly, would remove the shadow looming over Biden and the next four years:

  • The U.S. Department of Justice could conduct an immediate forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems voting machines used in the election.
  • The DOJ and the FBI could conduct an intensive investigation of reports of ballot stuffing on a massive scale.

What is more important to the nation than insuring the right to vote was not compromised by malevolent actors in the United States and abroad?

Polls show that a third of Democrats and most Republicans suspect the election was stolen. What impact will their suspicions have going forward if they are ignored? It will grievously harm civic life in America for many years, and will utterly destroy respect for American laws and institutions.

The stakes couldn’t be higher.

But nothing is being done.

Election Fraud: If A Tree Falls In The Forest And No One Hears It …

AZ Gov. Doug Ducey signs AZ vote certification.

Exhaustive testimony and evidence of election fraud was produced at a day-long hearing before GOP legislators in AZ on Monday.

But that didn’t stop AZ election officials, and GOP Gov. Doug Ducey, from certifying the state’s election results, which handed Democrat Joe Biden a narrow 10,457 lead over GOP President Donald Trump.

Like other evidence of improprieties, the hearing was largely ignored by media, which continues to declare there is no widespread election fraud.

Trump attended the hearing via telephone and claimed he won AZ, MI, GA, PA and WI. “They played games like nobody has ever seen before. This is the first time anyone has fought back. “

Trump criticized Ducey for “rushing” to certify the election so Democrat Mark Kelley could step into the role of U.S. Senator as soon as possible. “Why sign when the hearings show corruption and fraud?” Trump asked. “AZ won’t forget what Ducey has done.”

Trump Attorney Rudy Giuliani, who was present at the hearing, said Ducey failed to respond to his request to meet with him.

At the end of the hearing, Giuliani estimated witnesses had raised questions about almost 827,00 votes cast in Arizona, many cast without any review by Republicans. “We don’t even know if these people exist,” he said.

Giuliani called upon the AZ legislature to refuse to approve the certification of the vote. “Just be a man, or a woman. Not a sniveling coward,” he urged.

NPR Uses Circular Reasoning To Justify Censorship

What is the public record?

National Public Radio (NPR) reporter David Folkenflik tweeted Thursday morning: “If you’re in the news business, it’s malpractice to carry Giuliani’s press conference live at length without any cut ins to note the myriad ways the public record contradicts him.”

Folkenflik, who is NPR’s media correspondent, was referring to a press conference to be held later Thursday by President Donald Trump’s legal team, where Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani and others set forth allegations of fraud in the election. Folkenflik, who claims to be an expert, argues that journalism ethics require the media to interrupt the press conference at will to correct Trump’s legal team.

Folkenflik’s reasoning is commonly known as circular reasoning.

He adopts the premise that the public record is correct and therefore Trump’s legal team is incorrect to the extent that its arguments conflict with the public record. It flows from this that Trump’s claim the election was stolen must be false because the public record shows that Republican Joe Biden won.

Affidavit = Evidence

At the press conference, Trump’s legal team outlined its strategy to challenge the public record.

Giuliani pointed to a centralized pattern of voter fraud that focused on big cities controlled by Democrats, and especially those with a long history of corruption.

“What do we have to do to get you to give the American people the truth,” asked Giuliani. “This is real. It is not made up.”

Partisan Courts, Predictable results?

This week’s decision by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court regarding election poll watchers was a sad commentary on the judicial system.

It was partisan.

Pennsylvania’s election code states: “Watchers shall be permitted to be present when the envelopes containing official absentee ballots are opened and when such ballots are counted and recorded.”

What does “present” signify?

Poll watchers for GOP President Donald Trump argued they were kept so far from the action that they could not see whether outside envelopes containing ballots were properly signed by voters and marked by election workers. Once the envelopes are separated from the ballot, which is not signed for privacy reasons, there is no way to ascertain whether the ballot was cast by a bona fide voter.

Initially Trump’s poll watchers were cordoned off behind a waist-high security fence about 35 yards away from the action.  However, a PA Commonwealth Court judge ordered them to be relocated about six feet from the action, close enough to “ascertain sufficient details of the canvassing process.”

Split Along Party Lines

In a split ruling Tuesday, the Democratic majority on Pennsylvania’s high court overturned the Commonwealth Court ruling, holding that state law required only that poll watchers be “in the room” when votes are counted. (This is the case even if the room is the size of a football field?)
